There is an outstanding
Options Program with several choices, for the interior and
exterior portions of the home. This will allow the buyer to
enhance and customize the home, at their discretion, to fit
their individual preferences.
Courtyard Estates offers a
unique opportunity for the discerning buyer that would like to
design personal features and room alignments into their future
home. In addition to the existing room option features, home
buyers are invited to discuss design changes. The Standard
Design Options are pre-priced for each model. Additional desired
changes by the home buyer will be priced on an individual basis
and presented to the buyer for consideration. Options will
require a 50% deposit.
Your Sales Counselor will
be happy to discuss the extensive array of personalized design
opportunities being offered. Please be aware that the
availability of certain options depends on the construction
stage and “cut-off” dates for homes already in the construction
process.

If homebuyers desire a more extensively "energy efficient home"
Western Residential Builders can assist or coordinate the
installation of “Photovoltaic Electrical Panels” and converters
which can virtually reduce a home’s energy costs very near to a ‘zero
out basis’ on monthly service charges from the local electrical
utility company. Tankless Water Heaters are extremely energy
efficient and will never let a home’s hot water system run out.
The
Tankless Water Heaters are a standard feature in the Courtyard
Estates homes and we offer solar panels to heat domestic water
in our Options Program as well as, extra sensitive water and air filtration systems available
through the Options Programs, or by direct contact with the Specialty
Consultants in those fields.

Western Residential Builders
can also design
added features like outdoor kitchens, custom
swimming pools and spas, and other “hardscape”
areas such as additional sidewalks, patio areas
and structures to provide shaded areas.
These special features can include the use of
standard concrete, block and brick, or more
ornamental products such as colored concrete,
(plain or stamped with a pattern), natural stone,
slate, flagstone, pavers,
crushed
colored rock, river rock and more.
The
builder/developer reserves the right in its
sole discretion to make changes or
modifications to maps, plans, specifications,
materials, textures and colors without notice.
All maps, plans and illustrations are artist
conceptions. Square footages that are quoted
are very close in size to the existing homes
but still need field verification for exact
sizes and quantities.
