We take pride in extremely tight fitting
construction components, higher-value insulation products, and
using sealed “Duct” systems which reduce the loss of cooled and heated air
plus
improving air quality.
Ducts are individually tested for
tightness (no escaping air), and walls are 6 inches thick and
insulated with R-19 fiberglass insulation batts. Ceilings are
insulated with R-38, that reduces attic heat build up by
several degrees. All of these measures were thoughtfully designed to
help reduce
energy costs in the Imperial Valley climate.
